Prathima Honnapura, AGA for R1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct to the R-3 to furnish full details of his marriage and his minor child and full details in the nominee column of the employment service records and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B' Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri B.R. Deepak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Smt. Prathima Honnapura, learned AGA for respondent No.1, 2, 4 to 7.
2. In this petition, the petitioners inter alia pray for the following reliefs:
(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, with a direction to respondent No.3 to furnish full details of his marriage and his minor child and add full details in the nominee column of the employment service records and further direct respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 7 to get form No.18 and employee service records of respondent No.3 to be updated with his family details and to get the family photographs of respondent No.3 to be pasted in form No.18 of respondent No.3 and direct respondent No.3 to remove the marital status of respondent No.3 as single and incorporate it as married which is shown in the employment service details records.
(b) Pass such other or further relief and as to costs of the petition as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned AGA submits that the names of petitioners have been affixed in form No.18 of the service records of respondent No.3. In support of the aforesaid submission, the learned AGA has placed the photocopy of form No.18 and it is taken on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission made and in the facts of the case, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
