Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.
Considering the order proposed to be passed and as the opposite parties would also be interested in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Court below, issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with.
The petitioners herein seek expeditious disposal of the Appeal bearing No. 4072 under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
Let the Court concerned consider and decide the aforesaid Appeal, say, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
