The petitioner, the owner of a stage carriage applied for the grant of regular permit on the route Ettumanur-Kangazha Hospital via Kandanchira, Parekadavu, Paikad, Poovathummoodue, Thiruvanchoor, Ayarkunnam, Oravackal, Areeparambu, Mangattukavala, Pannappan City, Paramattam, Pangada, Pampady, Alampilly and Koottikkal which is pending consideration. Pending final consideration of the regular permit application, the petitioner applied for grant and issue of temporary permit on the very same route. 2. In the above circumstance, there shall be a direction to the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit, when the regular permit is pending consideration, of four months duration, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment, by passing appropriate orders in Ext.P2, if WPC.No.32953/2014 : 2 :
there is no legal impediment, and if there is a regular permit application pending.
Writ petition is disposed of.
