ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 02.01.2014 in W.P.No.39407 of 2013.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
The learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.183/2014/C4 dated 02.06.2014 of the respondent, whereunder he has confirmed the community certificate issued to respondent No.6 in the writ petition, after enquiry.
In view of the passing of the above-mentioned order by the respondent, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
The contempt case is accordingly closed.
