(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Nagamuthu, J.)
This suo motu writ petition relates to the need for an order for appointing the Chairman of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights. It is reported by the learned Advocate General that the Chairman was appointed, but it was later on withdrawn in view of some litigations pending before the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court. The learned Advocate General states that now applications have already been received and appointment will be made soon. The same is recorded. Since similar matter is pending before the Hon'ble First Bench, we do not want to continue with this suo motu writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
