J U D G M E N T Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 17.07.2019 seeking withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to the appellant to file fresh appeal after compliance of the provisions of Section 30 of the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923.

Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
