1. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 25.04.2017 (Annexure-A) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, in Original Application No.170/00924/2016. By the impugned order, the Administrative Tribunal has remitted the matter to the petitioners for reconsideration.
2. We find no legal infirmity in the impugned order warranting interference under the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
