JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the order dated 20.11.20012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.28002 of 2012 [L-PF] in partly allowing the writ petition and issuing directions, the respondent therein has filed this writ appeal.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent herein that, subsequent to the impugned order of the learned Single Judge directing the Appellate Tribunal to reconsider the application of the writ petitioner, the same has been considered and a final order has been passed by the Appellate Tribunal on 04.05.2017. The same is placed for consideration.
3. Having considered the aforesaid order, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for consideration in this writ appeal. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
