Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 5 and 6, in view of the order, which is being passed. Respondents 5 and 6 are at liberty to make application for variation of the order, if so advised.
2. The petitioner, Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram has come up in the Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to grant adequate and effective police protection for the smooth functioning of the petitioner Regional Cancer Centre from the threats and illegal activities of respondents 5 and 6 and their henchmen.
