Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the time stipulated by the respondent for filing of tenders, for job work of transaction adviser for preparation of tender document, inviting tenders, evaluation of tenders, preparation of documents for entering into agreements etc., for sale of different minerals in the respondent- Corporation, is too short to afford a fair opportunity to the intending tenderers to file their tenders.
Mr.J.Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the three days’ time granted in the impugned notification, dated 25.11.2014, has been extended till 6th December, 2014, and that a corrigendum to this effect is also proposed to be published in the newspapers by tomorrow. He has further submitted that if the petitioner files its tender on or before 06-12-2014, the respondent will entertain and consider the same.
The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Corporation is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.Nos.45884 and 45885 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
