Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expediting Complaint Case No. 288/12/14 under Section 12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police State- Kotwali Hathras, District- Hathras, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras.
Neither business of the Court where the case is pending nor, it has been mentioned in the application as to on what priority case of the applicant stands considering the disposal of case in court concerned.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having perused the order sheet appended with the affidavit filed in support of this application, I hereby direct the court below to conclude the trial in question, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the applicant shall co-operate with the proceedings.
With the above directions, application is disposed of.
