Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner appeared in the U.P. Higher Judicial Service, 2018 (Part-II) examination. She has not been declared successful. Accordingly, she filed this petition contending that she has performed very well in the main examination and, therefore, her answer books be directed to be re-evaluated.
There is no provision under the rules or otherwise for re- evaluation of the answer books. In the absence of any such rule, it is not possible to issue any direction as sought for by the petitioner.
The petitioner may apply under the Right to Information Act and the High Court rules framed under the said act for showing the answer books, if so advised.
The writ petition has no merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
