Heard Sri Dan Bahadur, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the informant with the prayer to direct the Additional District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Court No. 20, Allahabad to decide the S.T. No. 622 of 2016 (State Vs. Rajesh Kumar) arising out of case crime no. 083 of 2016, under Sections 376, 504, 506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Phoolpur, District Allahabad expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the court below on 12.9.2016 passed an order for framing charge against accused Rakesh, and more than 2 years have been passed but the charge has not yet been framed by the court below.
This Court is not aware of the pendency of the court below where the trial is pending. The trial is of the year 2016, and this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as sought by the applicant. Thus, the application is dismissed.
