Heard Sri Shiv Poojan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ghanshyam Dwivedi, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
A perusal of the contents of this petition, in particular the averments contained in paragraphs 5 & 6 of the petition and also the relief B, it appears that it is purely a private dispute and the petitioner wants respondents to be restrained from interfering from his land and construction. Such a dispute can be well taken care of under the relevant provisions of various Act, U.P. Revenue Code or by filing Civil Suit but not by way of Public Interest Litigation.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
