Heard Shri Chandra Shekhar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel informs that FIR has been lodged in the matter as case crime No. 341 of 2018, under Sections 366 IPC and SC&ST Act, Police Station Deo Band, District Saharanpur.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to take appropriate remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty as aforesaid.
