JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is the say of learned advocate for the petitioner that Mr.Maneklal Patel who was the Managing Director, after the lapse of 7 years, chose to appear in Civil Suit No.135 of 1995 re-numbered as Regular Civil Suit No.200 of 2006 without authorization of any nature. He has been permitted as well by impugned order when this suit is pending for a protracted period on evidence.
Notice to the respondents returnable on 7.5.2012.
Direct service permitted.
