Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No.2 - Tehsildar, Tehsil Raja Talab, District Varanasi to decide the Case NO. 10004 of 2018, computerized Case NO.T201814700310004 (Reena Vishwakarma Vs. State), U/S 34/35 U.P. Revenue code 2006, Village Karsara, Pargana Dehat Amanat, Tehsil Raja Talab, District Varanasi, within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of a mutation application filed in the year 2018 which has not been decided till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Raja Talab, Varanasi to consider and decide the mutation application expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
