After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition assailing the orders of demotion/reversion.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
