ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent to accept the application of the petitioner under the Condonation of Delay Scheme, 2018 annexed as Annexure-F dated 29.12.2017 without insisting on restoring the Struck off company first.
2. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the competent authority shall decide the application/representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. Ad-interim order, if any, shall continue till the representation submitted by the petitioner is considered.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
