Heard Sri Ved Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
By means of this Writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court praying that the action be taken against respondent no.5 pursuant to an order passed by District Magistrate dated 21.6.2018 (Annexure 8 to the petition).
In case the District Magistrate has passed any order, writ Court cannot be used to execute the order of District Magistrate. The District Magistrate is competent to get his order complied with.
The writ petition is misconceived. Dismissed.
