Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not issue to the respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Divorce Petition No. 111 of 2006 under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Muzaffar Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid divorce petition in accordance with law most expeditiously and positively within a period of six months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
