Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents State and Sri K.M. Asthana, learned counsel for respondent Bank.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to heavy rain and lightning, machinery as well as house of the petitioner was damaged and a loan which she had taken could not be repaid by her. She has relied upon the Government Order dated 31.05.2019 wherein the State Government in such contingencies has provided financial assistance to the victims.
If the petitioner has any such grievance, she may approach the authorities as given in the Government Order dated 31.05.2019 who shall adjudicate the same strictly in accordance with law.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
However, it is made clear that this Court has not stayed the recovery proceedings or citation issued by district authorities and the authorities are free to proceed with the same.
