The petitioner seeks a direction upon respondent no. 2 for correction of her name in the TET Certificate dated 25.11.2011 wherein the name of the petitioner has been incorrectly shown. She has further prayed that she may be allowed provisionally to participate in the counseling of Basic Teachers (Primary) which is under way.
Keeping in view the peculiar facts of the case, Respondent no. 4 is directed to allow the petitioner provisionally to participate in the counseling. However, her result shall be subject to final decision taken by the Madhymik Shiksha Parisad on her application moved for correction of her name. This order is restricted to the facts of this case.
Learned standing counsel seeks time to file counter affidavit within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter.
