Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has come up in the present petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to decide the Original Suit No.1498 of 2018 (Reena Asthana vs Sabita Devi and others) pending before him expeditiously within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to decide the Original Suit No.1498 of 2018 (Reena Asthana vs Sabita Devi and others) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of two years from the date of production of copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
In view of the fact that due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the certified copy is not being issued by the High Court, therefore, the order downloaded from the website duly certified by learned counsel for the petitioner may be treated as true copy of the order and the Authority may not refuse to comply the order on the ground of non filing of certified copy of the order.
