JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, being aggrieved by the measurement being done by the Taluk Surveyor at the instance of the party respondents, has approached this Court. If any survey is being initiated to demarcate and measure the property for party respondents; before finalization of the boundary of the properties, the petitioner shall also be heard. Without hearing the objection of the petitioner and the third respondent, the official respondents shall not finalise the proceedings on demarcation.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
