The first petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KL- 66-1879 has been seized alleging transportation of ordinary earth without permit. The petitioner submits that he has valid permit to transport the ordinary earth.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to release the vehicle on executing a simple bond. However, this will not stand in the way of respondent in filing a complaint and to proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
