ORDER:
In pursuance of the order dated 30.06.2014, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ananthapur, has filed a report dated 12.07.2014 addressed to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue stating that eviction of encroachers started on 09.07.2014 and 130 number of huts/temporary structures out of 145 have been vacated and demolished and remaining encroachments are also being vacated voluntarily within a period of seven days.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order has since been complied with and since the relief prayed for in the writ petition was with reference to allegation that respondents 2 and 3 are not complying with the order in OP.No.45 of 1983 on the file of the District Court, Ananthapur, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition in view of the compliance report.
4. In view of the above, if there is any other aspect, which is not complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer in terms of the order in the said OP, referred to above and if the petitioner approaches the respondents, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall ensure that compliance, if any, left over with regard to the order of the District Court is also complied with expeditiously.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty, as above. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
