Real vs Official

In view of the submissions made by the OL that steps are being taken for making payments of the bills of the applicant - Security Agency, time is granted until 21.2.2012 to take steps for making payments and complying with the directions made under order dated 28.12.2011. The OL to file the report placing details why the payments are not being made until now and reasons for delay in making the payments, on record, on or before the next date of hearing.
