Affidavits filed on behalf of the Irrigation Department, affidavit and report filed by Dr. H.N. Tripathi, Advocate on behalf of U.P. Pollution Control Board, affidavits filed on behalf of three tanneries and the application dated 29th January, 2010 filed by Sri Manoj Mishra, Advocate be kept on the record.
A report has been filed by Sri A.K. Gupta, learned amicus curiae, bringing on record the fact that several untreated affluents are falling directly in the river Yamuna and certain other shortcomings.
Sri S.G. Hasnain, Additional Advocate General, prays for time to look into the reports and submit appropriate compliance affidavit.

On the next date looking to the slow progress in the matter with regard to various directions issued, we direct that Principal Secretary, Urban Development and the Principal Secretary, Irrigation be present on the next date. The manual of the Irrigation Department pertaining to monitoring of water level of river Gange and other pump and canals be also placed before the Court. Sri S.G. Hasnain may also, on the next date, inform to the Court regarding sanction of the prosecution as well as land, which is to be allotted for shifting the tanneries. Dr. A.K. Nigam, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, assisted by Sri Ajay Bhanot, has prayed for time to bring on record the details regarding sewage treatment plants as well as the projects, which are pending consideration before the National Ganga Basin River Authority. Dr. Nigam has also prayed for time to bring on record the proposal with regard to transfer/user of the land at Mori Gate for the purposes of pumping station. He may bring on record the same by the next date.
Let a certified copy of this order be given to the learned Amicus Curiae and Sri Ajay Bhanot.
