It is the grievance of the petitioner that the entire proceedings in M.C.No.16 of 2015 has been initiated by the respondents without any basis, but the same is pending without any progress since 2015.

Recording the same, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.16 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner co-operates by cross-examining the witnesses on the day they are examined in chief, without adopting any dilatory tactics.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
