Though it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that they have given consent for change of vakalat to the appellant and they are no longer appearing for him, and inspite of the appeal being listed under the caption "for dismissal" today (05.04.2017), none represented for the appellant, despite the fact that there was no representation for the appellant even on 03.04.2017. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
