JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3.The petitioner has come to this Court with this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to pass orders on the petitioner's objections dated 27.03.2015 to the inter-se seniority in the cadre of Revenue Assistant as on 01.01.2012 published in the proceedings in Roc No.A3/4400/2015(2) dated 15.03.2015 on the file of the respondent No.2 and the petitioner's objections/Appeal dated 20.10.2015 to the seniority list in the cadre of Revenue Assistant as on 01.01.2015 published vide the proceedings in Roc.No.A3/32013/2015(3) dated 22.09.2015 on the file of the respondent No.2 within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the objections filed by the petitioner on 20.10.2015 is pending for consideration and hence, a direction may be issued to dispose of the same.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the objections of the petitioner and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
