Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and Sri Indrajeet Shukla files memo of appearance on behalf of Resp. No. 4 Sri Sundar Singh Solanki, SH.O. Ramnagar, District Barabanki is present in the court, he has filed affidavit mentioning therein that alleged kidnapped girl has been recorded and her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and issue of custody has also been decided.
Considering the same, this petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly it is disposed of.
