Heard learned counsel for the parties.
There is undisputed fact that civil suit relating to property in dispute is pending between the parties.
Now by way of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the order of the District Magistrate to demolish gate illegally constructed over gata no.2838.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to approach civil courts for passing appropriate orders.
The writ petition is dismissed as above. No costs.
