The allegation has been made in the F.I.R. that the victim has been badly assaulted through Lathi. It has been stated in the writ petition that the victim has not been examined by any doctor.
Learned A.G.A. may take instructions, particularly the injury report of the victim.
Put up this case as fresh on 14.02.2019 before the appropriate Bench.
Till the next date of listing the petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 71 of 2019, under Sections 452, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Bulandshahr.
