JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner raised a complaint before the honourable Chief Minister of Kerala through Sutarya Keralam programme. This was forwarded to the Sub Collector. Thereafter, Sub Collector forwarded the same to the Additional Tahsildar, Vatakara. Complaint pertains to the encroachment of public way by party respondent. Party respondent appears to have constructed the boundary wall in the public place. Tahsildar seems to have enquired into the matter and issued Ext.P1 directing the party respondent to remove the illegal encroachment. Petitioner approached this Court on account of non implementation of Ext.P1.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent Tahsildar to take appropriate measures based on Ext.P1 after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and party respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
