By way of present application the applicant-prisoner has prayed to release him on temporary bail on the ground repayment of loan amount.
Heard Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 and also perused papers produced before me. It appears from the jail record that the applicant was released in the month of July, 2011 by this Court for 30 days on the same ground and today again the applicant has filed application to release him on the said ground. This is not a sufficient ground to release the applicant on temporary bail. Hence, the application deserves to be rejected and is hereby rejected.
