Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. C.M. Shah submits on instructions that the authorities have called for the police opinion in respect of the applicant. However till date, as the police opinion has not been received, the application of the convict prisoner remains undecided.

It is submitted that as soon as the opinion of the police authorities are received, the application of the applicant will be decided immediately on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of.
