JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner sought for the disqualification of the fifth respondent, which he alleges on the basis of a default having been committed by the fifth respondent.
The petitioner submits that he is not pressing that relief now since the term of the committee will come to an end and an election is already scheduled. At this point of time the petitioner only prays that, consequent to the enquiry reports under sections 65 and 66, placed before the second respondent and produced herein as Exts.P5 and P13, no action was taken and the same may be acted upon. If the second respondent has not acted upon the said reports and passed no orders thereon, the second respondent shall do so, after considering the reports and after hearing the affected parties, expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
