ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondents in discontinuing the petitioner as the fair price shop dealer of Shop No.22 of Chodavaram Village, Kondepi Mandal, Kandukur Revenue Division, Prakasam District based on his purported resignation.
At the hearing, both the learned counsel for the parties fairly conceded that the issue similar to that raised in this writ petition was decided by this Court in identical writ petitions and one such case is W.P.No.34982 of 2014, which was allowed by order dated 25.11.2014.
In view of the above, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 25.11.2014 in W.P.No.34982 of 2014, with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the allowing of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49852 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
