Rule, Mr. Vyas, learned Special PP appears and waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
The instant application is filed for extension of temporary bail period for 45 days on the ground of sickness of wife as well as on the ground of injuries sustained on left knee to the applicant-accused.
Having considered the relevant medical papers, this Court is of the opinion that the application deserves to be partly allowed.
The application is partly allowed and the temporary bail period earlier granted to the applicant is further extended till 2nd July, 2012 only on the same terms and conditions and the applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 3rd July, 2012 and no more extension shall be granted. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
