SPP for R2) This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to 1) Set aside the order dated 18.06.2014 passed by the Civil Judge and J.M.F.C, Virajpet referring the complaint filed by the respondent No.1 as per P.C.No.91/2014 to the police under Section 153(3) of Cr.P.C. for investigation, 2) Quash the FIR in Cr.No.83/2014 of Virajpet Town P.S., Virajpet pending on the file of Civil Judge and J.M.F.C, Virajpet and all further proceedings in the said case.
