JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Criminal Miscellaneous Case came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the investigating officer filed a statement stating that further action dropped report has been filed before court and also a letter has been received from the concerned court that report has been accepted, no further direction is required in this petition and those reports can be recorded and the petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, the statement of the official respondent namely Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance & Anti Corruption Bureau, Thrissur that further action dropped report has been filed in this matter and the report received from the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance), Thrissur that report has been accepted and also the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner are recorded and the petition is disposed of accordingly as no further direction is required in the matter. cl /true copy/ Sd/-
