(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the previous order dated 24.02.2012, wife of the petitioner is produced before the Court and she is accompanied by her father, the respondent no.3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel Mr. Kirit R. Chaudhary appearing for respondents no. 3 and 4 jointly submitted that the petitioner and his wife have decided and agreed to part their ways, and legally dissolve their marriage by following the legal procedure, as may be applicable to the parties. A common affidavit executed by both is placed and taken on record. Accordingly, no further order is required to be made in the present proceeding. Hence it is disposed as requested by learned counsel appearing for both sides. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
