1. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his Case No. 1195 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T202015060102241), filed before respondent no.2- Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Azamgarh, has remained pending since 22.07.2020.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District- Azamgarh, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period.
