The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 338 of 2019, under Sections 186,189,353,504,506 IPC, P.S. Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur.
In the entire petition, there is no foundation laid for the alleged apprehension of arrest.
The petition is dismissed.
