Against the order impugned, admitting, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by means of a revision under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act. This statutory alternative remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy.
