This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 12.6.2003 and 19.02.2003 passed in Criminal Case No. 1773 of 1991 (State Vs. Ravindra Singh). It reveals that the revision filed against the order of discharge, the same has been dismissed by the revisional court. Aggrieved against the same, this application has been filed.
From the perusal of the record it appears that this application has been filed in the year 2003 and is still pending, it appears that by efflux of time this application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as likely to be infructuous.
However, in case the cause of action still survives, the applicant is at liberty to approach the Court by filing recall/restoration or any other remedy available under the law and procedure.
