JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 44
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 30516 of 2019 Applicant :- Ravindra Singh Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And A2 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Ram Kumar,Surendra Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Heard Sri Ram Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Irshad Hussain, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that there has been some litigation going on between the applicant and the Executive Engineer at Consumer Forum, Mathura on account of which the applicant has been falsely implicated which is a case of no injury.
Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the case u/s 135 Electricity Act has been filed by the Power Corporation and beside this there are two other cases against the applicant under Section 307 IPC i.e. Case Crime No.315 of 2018 and Case Crime No.409 of 2001, u/s 147, 307, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Raya, district Mathura.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Ravindra Singh, involved in Case Crime No.201 of 2019, u/s 147, 148, 307, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Raya, district Mathura.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant is at liberty to move bail application u/s 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
