JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Sabhajeet Singh, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that the process for payment of the admissible service benefits and arrears, etc. to the petitioner has been started and the same will be made shortly.
He prays for and is granted ten days time to file an affidavit in this regard disclosing as to by what time all the payments shall be made.
